The Pozos Art Project, Inc., a non-profit arts organization dedicated to enhancing relations between the United States of America and Mexico through arts-related projects, announces workshops for the summer of 2013 in photography and the studio arts. The workshops will combine young students from both countries, working under the direction of photographer Geoff Winningham and artist Janice Freeman, assisted by college students working in the visual arts.
Dates for this year's workshops are July 7–20, 2013 and July 21–August 3, 2013. More information can be found here.
Each workshop will be limited to a total of four high school students and two to four undergraduate or graduate students from the USA. Applications for participation in the workshops are currently being accepted from high school students and from college students who wish to apply as teaching assistants.
